About Winston:                         Winston was adopted from the Ouachita Parish Animal Shelter.  We were at their open house and my husband saw him in his kennel all skin and bones and fell in love with him.  Of course he protested we didn't need another dog so he could make it MY idea!  I went back and got him after his 7 day sentence was up and we have loved him ever since.  He loves his doggie brothers and sisters and loves to play, play, play!  We were giving out treats one day and my son told him to roll over and he did it!!  I about fell out of my chair so we tried some other stuff on him and he was very talented.  Right then I thought "he would make an excellent therapy dog!"  So he was evaluated and skipped right to CGC class and has been visiting every since.

Winston's favorite things:         Winston loves KIDS!!  He loves attention and that means ANY kind of attention.  He will roll on his back and let anyone scratch it.  He has a soft spot for kids but still isn't sure where he stands on cats.
