The 19th Annual Krewe of PAWS Mardi Gras Pet Parade will be happening on 2/7/26! The funds raised will help us provide assistance for many pets in Northeast Louisiana.

Don't miss out on the chance for your pet to become parade royalty! Enter them in the Krewe of PAWS Royal Court Contest for a chance to be crowned King, Queen, Duke or Duchess for the day! 

This year, we will be doing an online photo contest to determine our 2026 Royal Court! Entry fee is $20 per photo. Then you can vote for your pet by making a donation! Each vote is $1 with a minimum donation of $5. Your pet will be entered into the PAWS Royal Court Drawing one time for each dollar they raise!

Photo submission/Entry and voting period runs from 1/23/26 at 8AM through 8pm on 2/1/26.

⚜️ Register your pet(s) for the parade (using Paypal or a credit card). ONLINE PRE-REGISTRATION IS OPEN THROUGH 2/2/26. AFTER 2/2/26, YOU CAN STILL REGISTER AT THE PARADE.

⚜️ Register your pet(s) into the costume contest OR the float contest (using Paypal or a credit card).

⚜️ Purchase beads to be picked up at registration when you check in (using Paypal or credit card).

⚜️ Purchase a parade shirt to be picked up at registration when you check in (using Paypal or credit card).

If you'd rather use Venmo for any of the above, send the total amount for registration, contests, shirts and/or beads to @PawsNela with a breakdown of how many pets you are registering, each of your pet's names, which contests you are registering them in, how many beads you are purchasing and/or the size shirt you would like.
